  • Christian’s work over the past decade has been at the intersection of domestic manufacturing and sustainable innovation in the apparel industry. He began his career by launching Lazlo, a luxury menswear brand committed to ethical production. Christian is a co-founder of the Industrial Sewing & Innovation Center (ISAIC).

  • Kathryn brings deep experience in brand strategy, creative direction and sustainability. Alongside her brother Christian, she co-founded Lazlo and van der Weij. Her background spans product and brand development across the fashion and lifestyle sectors.

  • Rachel is the former VP of Global Supply Chain at Patagonia and has held senior leadership roles at Nike. She brings decades of experience driving operational excellence, transparency, and systems-level transformation in global supply chains. Rachel is widely recognized for her pragmatic leadership and her ability to build bridges between product innovation and scalable execution.

  • Jen led the creation of Shinola’s leather manufacturing unit and served as its VP of Manufacturing, later becoming CEO of the Industrial Sewing and Innovation Center. She also served as CEO of J.W. Hulme, where she helped reposition the brand and rebuild its domestic manufacturing base. A national advocate for U.S. manufacturing, Jen has played a leading role in public policy and ecosystem-building for advanced manufacturing.
